ADAMEK'S EASY NO COOK BLACKBERRY SURPRISE (takes longer to read recipe than to make it)
2 packages of raspberry jello (6 oz. total) 1 cup boiling water 2 cups Adamek blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1. Open packages of jello, dump in big bowl, pour boiling water over jello, stir till completely dissolved (the jello not the water).
2. Stir in Adamek blackberries.
3. Put in refrigerator until set. Serve outside of fridge with whipped cream. Makes one to many servings.
ADAMEK’S BEST PEACH COBBLER
1 CUP SUGAR 1 CUP FLOUR 1 STICK REAL BUTTER (not margarine) ADAMEK PEACHES (enough for a single layer in baking dish)
1. Wash, and slice ripe peaches directly into a baking dish. 2. In a separate bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, and flour. It will be stiff. 3. Pat the topping between the palms of your hands to about ¼’’ thickness. 4. Set each palm squashing on top of the peaches as you squash it. 5. Sprinkle sugar or cinnamon & sugar on top of the stiff topping. 6. Try to keep the topping from drowning in the juice. 7. Bake about on hour or until golden brown 300-325 degrees.
ADAMEK'S HEALTHY PEACH CRISP 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats 1 stick real butter (not margarine) Adamek peaches (enough for a single layer in baking dish)
1. Wash, and slice ripe peaches directly into a baking dish. 2. In a separate bowl, mix soft butter, brown sugar, & oats. 3. SPOON topping on top of peaches. Follow steps 6 & 7 of the Adamek's Best Peach Cobbler recipe.
You may use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches. Use the peach juice, but try to keep the topping balanced on top of the peaches. The topping is best if it is more crisp than soggy. Use juice from fresh peaches as you slice over baking dish. Do not use juice from canned peaches.
Because of the great varieties grown at Adamek Orchards, the peel can be left on the peaches. If you wash and rub the fuzz off the peaches, you can leave the peel. The dessert comes out redder if the skins are left intact, you save peeling time, and it tastes delicious!
